PAUL MILES COWAN, Esq.

As the founding partner at Paul M. Cowan & Associates, P.A., Mr. Cowan is proud to represent the unique and complex cases of his clients throughout the Florida community. He has been successfully practicing law since 1983 and is dedicated to reaching a solution that caters to his clients and their legal needs. From guardianships to estate planning to probate and trusts, he is able to provide expertise and wealth of knowledge to the individual cases he represents. 

 

Whether the situation calls for collaboration or taking the case to court, Paul works with clients on the unique facts and issues in their case to create the most effective strategy for success. Known for his intellect and professionalism throughout Florida, and the South Florida community. 

 

Paul is a car collector and enjoys restoring antique vehicles. He is also a pet and animal lover. His affection for animals has led him to become a philanthropist, and an active supporter of Paws4You Rescue.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Manny has long standing connection with the South Florida community. Having practiced as a sole practitioner prior to joining Paul M. Cowan & 
Associates, P.A.

Manny has a wide breadth of knowledge and expertise spanning from the simplest administration to the most complex litigation cases. His practice areas include probate, trust, guardianship administrations, and litigation. Manny’s experience allows him to assist clients in various probate, trust, guardianship, and litigation matters, while providing them with great representation. Clients can feel confident that no matter their situation, Manny will work with them to devise the
best course of action to accomplish their goals. Manny is a pet and animal lover and takes great pride in maintaining his pristine landscaping.
